Ms. Christian is co-founder of Utility Surveys & Audits. Ms. Christian’s background is in the cable television industry, design, construction, and permitting. Through working with various cities, counties, railroads, and states Ms. Christian saw the need for an auditing company that focused on rights-of-way, thus Utility Surveys & Audits was born. The goal of U.S. Audits is to help right-of-way owners to recuperate some of their potentially lost revenue, and identify NESC violations, to help keep their rights-of way as safe and productive as possible. Before getting involved in the cable television industry Ms. Christian attended Wayne State University – College of Engineering, and was also a member of the U.S. Army.

Ms. Gregory serves as senior member overseeing finances, communications, and administrations. Graduating with honors, Ms. Gregory has satisfied degrees in Business, Computer Science, and English, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company. Prior to forming Utility Surveys and Audits, LLC, Ms. Gregory worked in the field of transportation for over 22 years. Understanding the competitive and complex nature of freight logistics, Ms. Gregory attains a full working knowledge in getting the most out of impending revenue. Since forming U. S. Audits, she continually brings innovative ideas and practical advice for optimal right-of-way uses.
Mr. Perkins began his career in the cable television industry in 1981 building & designing cable TV systems. Mr. Perkins worked in the industry for 24 years before becoming a part of U.S. Audits. He was a first hand witness to the boom of the fiber optic systems being built in the 1990’s and 2000’s. His knowledge of construction techniques, standards and specifications is hard to surpass. Mr. Perkins is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Hinds educated in Electronics in the military. He completed courses in power distribution and power metering at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
He managed Municipal Electrical Distribution systems and Rural Electrical Coops for 25 years and have been designing power distribution systems as an Engineering Consultant for Synergetic Design for the past 11 years.
